General Terms and Conditions

 

  1. The following terms and conditions apply exclusively to all our sales. Any other terms and conditions in the buyer’s orders shall only apply if they are expressly recognized in writing.
  1. Shipment is always for the account and risk of the customer, freight collect. Any shipping costs incurred shall be borne by the customer. If a delivery is returned, only the product price will be refunded. We reserve the right to make partial deliveries if this appears advantageous for speedy processing. Returns cannot be sent cash on delivery.
  1. We hereby inform you that we will store and process your data – insofar as this is necessary for business purposes and permissible under the Austrian Data Protection Act – using IT systems.
  1. Delivery times: The delivery time confirmed by us is an estimated delivery date.
  1. Invoices are issued in EURO. We kindly ask you to bear the bank charges incurred for advance payments from abroad. (Free of charge for recipient).
  1. Postage: If the postage or delivery method selected in your order is not appropriate for your country, we reserve the right to change the postage to the country-specific amount or to correct the delivery method. 
  1. Incoming orders do not oblige us to accept or deliver the ordered item
  1. Our offers are subject to change. Subject to printing errors. 
  2. The customer must inspect the goods within 48 hours and demonstrably report any damage, defects in the delivered items or deviations in the delivery from the order. After expiry of this period, the right to complain expires. 
  3. The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been made. 
  4. Goods ordered in advance will not be taken back without our prior consent. 
  5. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation or processing fee for all returns made without stating a reason.
